Terms and Conditions

• This competition is open to all students of The University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University.
• All entries must be received via aroundtownflats@tangerinepr.com by 26th February 2010.
• The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the prize and will be notified via email within a maximum of four weeks of the closing date.
• The prize is £20 of Sainsbury’s supermarket vouchers every week for a year (52 weeks) - a total of £1,040 -for the winner to spend in a store of their choice.
• The prize will be supplied to the winner as the total amount for the year (52 weeks).
• The vouchers, totaling £1,040, will be delivered to the winner within a maximum of six weeks of the closing date.
• The vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the voucher provider and to restrictions, including but not limited to the following:
• The full value of the vouchers does not have to be spent in one store visit.
• The vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The value of any monetary balance of the vouchers may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative prize.
• Around Town Flats is not liable where a voucher has been lost or stolen following delivery of the prize.
• Around Town Flats is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages or losses incurred by a winner. The prize excludes all other cost and expenses. There is no alternative prize. The prize is non-changeable.
• Publicity – Around Town Flats (or any third party nominated by Around Town Flats) may exercise its sole discretion to use the winning person’s name, university and image and their comments relating to the prize for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
• The winner may be called to appear for a photographic shoot for publicity purposes.
• Data Protection - Information, data (“personal data”) which is provided by entrants when they enter will be held and used by Around Town Flats to administer the prize and for marketing purposes.
• No correspondence will be entered into.
• One entry per person.
